Lotus Pro Academy Policies

A 25% advance is required to confirm any bridal or package booking; the balance is due one month before the wedding date.

Bookings are confirmed only once the advance is received. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis.

A deposit is compulsory for all bridal bookings.

Bookings are not cancellable and the booking amount is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days before the booked date.

Cancellations of individual salon appointments are charged.

We work by appointment only, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Monday closed.

A 10-minute grace period applies to late appointments; beyond that the slot may be shortened or rescheduled.

Only one person may wait with the bride during makeup. Each additional person is charged ₹500.

We do not travel to venues. All services are carried out at the Lotus Pro studio.

Emergency venue visits, where we can accommodate them, are charged extra.

Jewellery and accessories provided by us must be returned within 24 hours.

Late returns are charged per day. Loss or damage is charged at replacement value.

All products used are branded and of international quality.

Prices marked with “+” are starting prices and vary with look, duration and product line.

Packages are already discounted; further discount requests cannot be accommodated.

Bridal mehandi is charged separately.

A yearly package can be availed on request.

Course seats are confirmed on payment of the admission fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

A minimum of 80% attendance is required to be eligible for the completion certificate.

Kits, where included, are handed over at the start of the course and are not returnable.

Students are expected to bring their own models for practical sessions where the schedule requires it.

Course dates may shift by a few days due to batch size; students are informed in advance.

Photographs and video taken during class may be used on our website and social media. Tell us in writing if you would prefer not to appear.

Course content, notes and demonstrations are for personal learning and may not be redistributed or taught commercially as your own curriculum.

We collect only the name, phone number, email and appointment details you share with us, and use them solely to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.

We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
